Charles L. Cetti, Attorney Mediator in Pensacola
Charles L. Cetti Circuit-Civil Mediation Services
Mediation is an extremely cost-effective way to resolve civil disputes. My mediation charges are competitive and will be detailed in an engagement letter sent well in advance to each participating attorney/party involved in the proposed mediation. In this way, we are able to resolve any questions or concerns about the charges or how they are computed, prior to your incurring any financial obligation for the mediation. In general, my mediation fees are:
$125.00 per hour, per party, with a four-party maximum. For mediations involving more than four parties (I have done them up to 14 parties), the four-party hourly rate ($125.00 x 4 = $500.00), will be pro-rated among the total number of parties in attendance at the time the charges are incurred. For a one-half day mediation, the minimum charge is three hours; for a full day, the minimum charge is five hours. A deposit of $375.00 per party (equal to the three-hour minimum charge) is required in advance of the mediation. If a mediation is cancelled in advance of the mediation date, the deposit will be refunded promptly, with this exception: If the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled within two FULL BUSINESS DAYS in advance of the mediation date, the mediation deposit will be deemed to have been earned and will be taken to fee. For example, if a mediation is scheduled for a Monday, the last day to cancel it without the deposit being taken to fee is the preceding Wednesday by 5:00 p.m. HOWEVER, even in those instances, FULL CREDIT will be given for the deposit if the case is subsequently mediated by me.
See my engagement letter for additional terms and conditions.
